Default Lift install on 1974 Harley?

Hi all! This is my first post, and Iím so happy to have found the group.
Long story short, Iíve inherited my late father-in-lawís Harley golf cart. My husband wants me to install a lift kit on it so we can putt with ease around the farm. It needs way more than this as you can tell by the pic, but Iím trying to figure a budget
Iím thinking I have the year right as the serial number is: 8C10047H4 I grew up working on vehicles with my dad, but know nothing about golf carts. This one is my first. Iím a quick learner, but need advice on whether what my husband is asking of me and this old cart even doable. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
