Default virtual guide help(fishing)

Hey all, going to be on vacation for a few days. Want to get some tips on where the monster Bass hang out. Don't get to go much, especially with the grandson, and don't have alot of time to "hunt" around for a good spot. What do you look for when you get on a lake??? Tips on lures where/when to use.In SE Wisconsin, unusally cool right now, last week we were roasting.Might get out week after Labor day too. Thanks for the help.....

a shame that you don't live closer around here. will going out to the lake all weekend starting Thursday. my brother asked me once where the big ones are. i told him that 90% are at the end of my line. lol he called me something that i can't repeat, but really got a good laugh about it. best advice i can give ya is go to local tackle store and ask what they hitting and how deep. good ol boys around don't mind sharing info about that.

It depends on time of day and water clarety. Bass like to hide out in shady places like under boat docks stumps under brush. But most all the time they will be in the shade. Bait is a hole different thing but a good rule is if the water is dark use something light if its clear use something dark, but try a little bit of every thing till you find what works. The point is nothing works all the time, You just have to find what does and have fun. That was som e good advice ask at the local bait shop and around the lake.

Try wacky worming it casts easy and sinks slow so the bass can see it.
