Bow hunt in Kentucky Sept 3rd

I'm in the process of packing now for a bow hunt in Kentucky starting Sept 3rd. I’ll leave home early Wednesday and stop off in Arkansas to visit with a buddy for a day or two then the both of us will head out for Kentucky early on the 2nd.
We will get there around 11:00 and go do a bit of scouting and set our stands up. It won’t take us long to get set up because we hunted the same area last year at this time.
We didn’t get any good bucks last year but I did see several. They never got in bow range. We did leave with 7 does in our group of 4.
If anyone is interested, I’ll update when I get back.

Sounds Cool! I used to bow hunt when I was younger. Lot more skill involved than lining up 2 crosshairs! Good Luck to you and your party!

where abouts in Ky??? I live about 10 miles from the tn. ky. line and about 40 miles from the Mississippi river. we have the soy bean festival starting the 3rd. uncle cracker, diamond rio and kansas will be playing a free concert
