Hauling out a deer

I am looking for ideas/opinions regarding the easiest way you have found to haul a deer out with your cart. I am by myself a lot of the time and was considering one of those cargo racks that slide into your receiver hitch. I am however a little concerned about it bottoming out. My txt does have a lift and 22 inch tires. I do not have anything on the rear of this cart as of yet so I wanted to hear what seems to work best for you. Pics would be nice if you have any. Thanks.

I bought a lawn trailer from sears put two inch receiver and dumps. Works great. I have also used a kids sled and pulled it out so it wouldnt mess up the hide

I like the flip down rear seat deal, but the reason I was even considering the cargo rack was because it would be low and allow me to drag a deer onto it by myself . Thanks for your replies.

I have mounted a receiver on the back of my cart and bought one of the hitch haul units for orv's from Harbor Freight and my son in law and I hauled out his deer with it this year without any issues, 2 pretty good sized dudes and a deer over some pretty rough ground. No picture with the deer but here's what the hitch haul setup looks like and the rack was less than $39.

I know the pic shows it mounted on the front but we actually used it mounted on the back for hauling and to keep the weight in the back, I just happen to have a receiver on both ends of the cart and the front is where I mounted it while putting it together and for the pic.

Thats what I am talking about, just like that. I would have no problem loading/dragging a deer onto that by myself. Sure beats trying to lift one up on a fold down seat by yourself.

Here is my set up currently mounted on my Beast 48 (3rd cart it has been on). Harbor Freight 2500 lb winch mounted to a homemade plate with a two piece tower that you extend when winching a deer/hog up into the rear bag well. You put the winch cable around the deer/hogs neck then winch it up into the rear bag well. Have two, lay first on down by second one, put cable around both necks, then winch them both up into bag well putting the butt of deer/hog in bag well and head back to camp with them riding in bag well like two dogs sitting up begging for a treat. Be prepared if you are traveling close to a road. People will run off the road looking at them.
