I got mine today, took a couple weeks to get here. All looks good to me, the quality seems very similar to my Jake's kits I have purchased. Directions are easily read and are not in broken English like many things I have gotten from overseas. Will be trying to complete the install this weekend.

I was wondering how long it takes to get it. I ordered mine last Wednesday and the shipping label and tracking number was created that day but when I track the number it says that it hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet. I sent them an email but they haven't got back to me yet. I was getting a little nervous but since you said it took a couple of weeks to get it tells me to be patient.

I got a response from the company. They said that the tracking number got changed but it was never updated on my account. They sent me the correct tracking number and it shows that it's on the truck for delivery today.

That was the same thing that happened to me. No tracking update for a week and a half, I emailed them, and they overnighted me the kit.

I installed mine last night. Keep in mind that I already had it lifted but I made the lift myself with steel plates. The rear lift doesn't need to be changed so the only thing I wanted this kit for was for the front end a-arms & steering blocks cause I wasn't happy with my homemade lift. The install was fairly simple. My only complaint is that I had a severe camber issue after the install if I want the cart to remain level. I adjust the camber using different shock mounting holes and the cart drives good but the front end is 2" lower than the rear.

Don't mind the mud. I need to wash it.

I was very frustrated with a camber issue. I could not get it right and I also couldn't stand it that the front of the cart was 2" lower than the rear. So what I ended up doing was cutting my old homemade plate lift down to a 2" lift and I found shocks off of Harley Sportster that measure 13" (2" longer than stock). This helped dramatically. I was very pleased with the outcome. I did have to stiffen the spring. I just used a pipe hanger from the local Home Cheapo, compressed the spring and placed the hanger around the shock like a split collar.

I'm not saying that you need to take this route but I think what you need to do is really stiffen the front springs. I think part of my problem was that the front shocks & springs were just beat.

If you look closely at this pic you can see the 2" leveling plates.

This is the same thing that I used on my front shocks. This might help your problem.
