Soapy water, just lube them up and push them on.

If your new tires are "directional" make sure they are mounted properly for both left and right side. Getting those babies on by hand is a lot easier than off!

long screwdrivers as prybars to put it on. Soapy Water

to take it off use a small bottle jack to push against the bead to break the bead. I would shove a tire under my truck bumper, put the bottle jack on the rubber right next to the rim bead area. push down with it to break the bead and then use the long screwdrivers to lever the bead over the rim. Soapy water works good as a lubricant AFTER you have broken the bead.

I replaced the rear tires on my 4wheeler awhile back. It took me over an hour to get one tire off. I took them to a tire store, they removed the other old tire and mounted the two new ones for $5. Worth every penny.
