Mine came exactly like that too. No boxes, just strapping that had sidewalls touching. They mounted up just fine though, so no worries!

They all come that way.... Remember they do not support weight like a car tire so they are more flimsy than car tires. Mine were like that as well and aired up just fine. As long as the tire bead is not bent they will be fine.

Yep....perfectly normal. What you're looking at is the way they came from the factory.

Cool deal! I should have them on tomorrow. I would like to get them balanced, since they are 12 inch wheels do you think most shops could do that?

See them like that every day at my work. There only Twp ways to get the beads to seat on the wheels. Install tubes in them, or use two 2x4's cut to about 7", insert them into the tires between the opposite beads to force the tire open and leave them in overnight. Sometimes you also have to stick them in the sun or in front of a heater to warm the rubber up and get them to stretch back out.

I took mine in to a cart company and they looked just like that and they had them on in less than 10 mins so not sure how they do it but no problem.

yup let them sit out in the sun and warm up . after there on they may be a little bit out of round but driving the cart they will true up .
