My '12 RXV Project
I have a 2012 RXV that came straight from the course. As it sits all that has been done is reprogram for high speed but it will undergo a nice transformation... I have a 6" Jakes spindle lift that I ordered. Mojo wheels with 22" M/T tires from my old cart which I am just plasti dipping for now and a 6" LED bar to mount on the front until I get the street legal kit then it will just be an off road light. My local cart place is going to trade me my white top for a black one as well since I'm going to spray the cart black. I hate the silver and white theme.
Here's what I'm starting with and will update as I go...     I hadn't peeled the dip off the tire yet...    |

Those wheels will look sick on that cart!
Nice choice on the plasti-dip. Any lessons learned from doing plasti-dip, or is it really as simple as their website claimed? |

The plasti dip is real easy to do and actually hard to screw up
 I got the front done so far and am really pleased with the look so far. Hope to finish the back in the next couple of days.    |

i just did one also , great kit, easy to instal , if your instructions call to remove the right rear drum to swap a brake cable bracket, try to beak the rear hub nut with the tires still on, its a bitch to break that once the cart is on stands.
also when you if you have to swap that bracket out, remember to re-adjust your brakes to make up the added slack the new bracket adds to it. i adjusted mine on the passenger side. |

Got the lift finished.... Sits a little rear high which I hate so looking into that. Hopefully a flip seat will bring it down a little bit. Also looking to add spacers to at least the rear to even the track out.
   Also started converting my cables over to 2ga. Was having an issue with this one so I did it real quick and added lock washers so I could test drive it. Definitely faster but gets squirrely if you jerk the wheel!   |
