Default Any input on MJFX Raptor Mud Tires?

Have any of you guys seen the MJFX Raptor mud tire in person, or have any experience with them? I talked to a guy at Madjax the other day and he said lug depth is around 7/8". They would be going on my CC Precedent

I am thinking about getting them for my ezgo . Looks like a pretty good mud tire.

I went ahead and bit the bullet on them. If I had to do it again, I would find something that the lugs are spread apart more, they pack up really easy with the blackjack clay we have

ATV have more power to help clean out the tires. On the other hand the more room between the tread the faster they wear and the poorer ride on hard surfaces.

I hunt off my cart, so I wanted a mud grip. As long as there is water too, they stay pretty cleaned out. I should have just went with the mud lites, or the Grim Reaper tires

Its a tough call though, you need a super aggressive tire for mud in a cart. That means something with mud/gator/swamp in the name lol. Those tires are not good at all on hardpack or roads. The mudlite is a good compromise and popular for that, but it does wear faster due to so little rubber in contact on hard surfaces. Only good part is most carts don't have enough power to wear tires faster, yet on roads they will wear fast anyway. I'm very happy with my big knobby tires, they will plug in gooey mud but I rarely find that, and they work well in any other condition. Of course they stopped making them lol. But most of my use is wooded trails or sand or dirt seasonal roads and I can't have something that would tear up a yard. My next tire will be a big horn or ripsaw or something similar.

I get what you mean. Mine sees pavement once a year for Halloween and thats it. Besides here in South Louisiana, all we have is sticky clay mud

Mine are great! Only used them twice this past week as I just finished the cart. They ride rough on pavement though, I'd only get them if you're planning on off-road all the time. Mine is only used for hunting.

My cart is as well, I was hoping for a bit better clean out from them. I'm gonna run them this year, will have something different for next season. We are having a nasty "winter", our place is holding a lot of water and sloppy mud. The flat profile of these tires are not helping me whatsoever. I think I would benefit from a more round ATV type tire. This is what I'm plowing through on the way in and out of the woods
