Default 2010 G29 clutching

Hi guys great forum,

I have recently installed a Madjax 6" a-arm lift and a set of 25 inch tires. The cart has obviously lost some of the low end power and I was wondering what you guys would recommend to get some back. I have seen the Plowmans performance kit but that just isn't in the budget right now. I am looking for a cost effective was to do this. I have also seen the yellow spring mod but have found some do not like it. Some advise would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Plowmans is the way to go, the best $250 i spent on my cart, cant think of anything any more cost effective, you can probally get it cheaper because i got both pullers with that and didnt end up needing them, but with that you get the airfilter, jet kit, new secondary clutch sheaves, spring, and belt, along with his knowledge... with 25" tires thats almost a must, the power gain is definetly noticeable

Plowmans stuff works. I'm not sure what all is out there for drives with the team clutch system, some of them had a recall as well. Check out the thread for it, lots of info there. Usually a stiffer spring in the secondary will help, some carts you can cut the secondary sheave. I would look at mods to the clutching first that is where most gains are found on stock carts far as climbing and takeoff power. Also don't run the rear tires soft that will slow you down. Most weight is on the rear the fronts can be softer. I run about 8 in front and 12 or more in rear, with atv rated 22 tires.
