Default "Break It Down"

First off, a big thanks to Tom @CARTPARTSPLUS.COM. First class service all the way, I ordered several items and Tom made sure I got them in a very timely manner and addressed any questions I had along the way...personally! Ok...along with fun! I finally decided and ordered a Long Travel...the AllSports Long Travel. I spent most of my Saturday working on my cart and was very pleased with the end result...here's a few pics before, during, and after....

A few road tests....
I still have to make some minor adjustments, but I locked everything up tight and went for a ride. I'm sitting about an 1" higher in the front...this makes sense because my rear suspension needs a little help, I'm pleased with the track width...doesn't complicate other issues for me. My steering has improved and easy 50%, radius and ease of steer. My old rack was "old" and stiff. The front end is much smoother on the bumps, so you really feel the a$$ end now!...swingarm soon. LOL. It rides nice and does absorb the terrain much better...my cd didn't skip...it always skips!!!! I'll post more after I get it out in daylight, but so far...very nice product. Lift, steering assembly, shocks...replaced the whole front end!!!!! Made in USA...I like it!!!!!

Update,
Adjusted toe, camber seems alright for now. Some shock adjustment may be needed. Cart turns so much better than it did before; no rubbing, much tighter radius (due to no rubbing), steering is much smoother and easier (feels like power steering, or an EZ GO). Travel is so much better that I need to stiffen shocks, it tends to float at hight speeds (27mph). Off roading is much better, takes hills and holes much better and doesn't get twisted up as much in a ditch, etc. My wife complained about how difficult my cart was to steer with the original steeing assembly and spindle lift, now my 5 year daughter can drive it with me by herside. Can you tell I'm happy with this lift? LOL. Seriously, I've only had a spindle to compare it to...but a world of difference. I can only assume all long travels yield results at least this good! I'll post some pics. soon.
