First Cart just lifted it
Hi all,
I'm new to the forum and wanted to share my first project art that we've started it's a '92 Club Car DS gas model that we purchased for $1200 on Craigslist i just finished installing a 6" A-Arm lift last night with new tires and wheels, all new tie rods, steering rack, drag link ends. This is a campground cruiser for our seasonal site so it should serve it's purpose well. One problem so far on my test drive the snubber fell off dry rotted and split probably the original just ordered a new one looks interesting to replace. Purchase day Current Current 2 |

Re: First Cart just lifted it
I haven't tried yet since the lift but i i'm going to have to go with no i had to drive it up ramps and onto the front rail to get it fit when i picked it up stock The trailer is 4x7 so i'm probably going to have to sell it for a bigger one.

A heads-up. If there's a rear seat in your cart's future, get a 10 ft. trailer. A 8ft. low rail might work if you back the cart on but there is a risk of windshield blow-out.

Thanks for the tip i'm not sure were getting a rear seat a cargo box is probably going to be more suiting for our needs but you never know ! |

Even with a cargo you will be pushing it on an 8' trailer. I bought a 5'6"x 10 and my yamaha with rear seat fits fine with about 2' to spare. Only problem is there isn't enough room in that 2' to put my Pelican cooler, so now I'm wishing I would've got a 12'. Look into the rear flip seats. for the cost of that compared to just a cargo box it's nice to have as an option. |
