Default Torque loss after lift kit

Is there a way to increase my torque on my Club Car president. I just put a 6 inch lift on it and of course my torque is much less. I am VERY limited on knowledge about electric carts or anything else for that matter. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

I've haven't had my electric club car that long but I don't think a lift alone will reduce your torque. Just assuming you went with taller tires which will reduce your torque. Is that correct? You'll need any of the following or combo of the following... a higher amp controller, an aftermarket torque motor or more volts (i.e. more batteries) from what I've read here,

Yep bigger tires look tough but rob torque which is just not what you were looking for.... Only way to replace torque robbed by way of big tires is going to be to replace the stock 6 gauge cables with 4 or 2 gauge, higher amperage solenoid, a larger controller and motor... ScottyB's has a really nice new controller that will replace some lost power and Plum Quick has a low cost Bandit motor upgrade that does very well too....

Start with the new XCT for IQ. This is a great control. 35% more torque and speeds up to 22-24 mph with taller tires. http://www.cartsunlimited.net/alltra...-controls.html
