Hmmm That Set Of Tires Tasted Good

Ate up a set of tires and only took me 6 months to do it. I'm guessing I bought the wrong tires for what I mainly use them for. Put over 200 road miles on them.
I'm on the street more than the sand. It's a road buggy and a beach cruiser.
Has a 6 inch Allsport SS lift, 22x10.5x10 tires.
I'm looking for a set of tires that will give me good life on the road, but still be good in the sand. I can't find anything that excites me.
I'm considering going to 12 inch wheels and getting more of a street tire.
Whatca ya'll runnin for sand and street?

This is what I have now, minus the all the pretty tread.

I run a tire similar to that and have been thinking about buying a whole new set of tires and wheels with a street/turf tire for when I'm on the road and swap out for the campground to avoid this. Heck if you look at pricing it's not that much more than just buying the tires, then you have to have them mounted. Not that it will help your current situation though.

Are all the tires worn badly as in fronts and backs going slick? I ask because some of the wear may have to do with front alignment. I would think those tires would be a good mix between road and trail.

I don't know that much about tires so can't really make any suggestions except do some online searches. Tire wear has as much or more to do with hardness of the rubber as tread type. If it were me I'd go with a less agressive tread pattern and more plies.

Wear is relatively even, a little more on front than back. Checked bearings, they're good . Alignment is Ok.
These are mr golf carts private brand. MGC brand. I wonder about the quality.
I'm looking for a tire that puts more rubber on the road for less wear.
Just can't find anything that excites me.

May be hard to find anything exciting but not impossible. There are tires I saw somewhere that while they don't have an aggressive tread did look really good. I'll have to see if I can find them again. They were a larger tire too so not like the street tires but had more contact patch as well as a pattern that looked like it would do well off road as well.

That tread pattern would be my first choice, but in a quality brand name, like Carlisle.....which is who all the Chinese companies ripped off the tread pattern from.

I thought I was savin money by using the cart to run errands. Let's see, in my jeep that 200 miles would have cost me $25.00 in gas. On my cart, tires for 200 miles: $300.00. I don't think that's how it's supposed to work.

I had a similar set of tires but by EFX, it was their "Blade" tires. They wore really well for me

Maybe I'm running to much pressure.
What air pressure are ya'll running in this kind of tire ?

I thought they were the Carlisle. I have a set on my cart and have driven it quite a bit with almost zero wear.

I run about 10lbs of air in mine but all of the time is on dirt!
