Default My Shocks Are Squished

Installed a 6 inch All Sports SS lift on my 96 CC DS last summer.
Been doing some painting & wiring, when I noticed my shocks are completely compressed.
I don't know if they were like that since the install or it happened later, everything looks the same. I'm usually pretty good at following directions and I don't see any left over parts laying around.
Something ain't right, but I don't know wha .
Thanks, Muddog

It's really hard to tell from the pics. Is the ride height lower than it should be? How much lift did you get?

I would say I got 6 inches of lift.
the bottom of the cart is about knee high.
I called all sports and Steve told me there should be 3 or 4 in. of travel in the shocks. Sent them pics, waiting to hear back from them.
I'm wondering if they sent me the wrong kit.

Take them out and test them to see if they are bad?

I just looked at them from every angle and I agree they do look like they were installed upside down.

Upside down or right side up, the length is the same. Which kit is it and what cart? I assume its a ds from the pics.

I believe he is missing a mounting plate that moves the top shock mounts
