Default Ezgo workhorse wheels / tires

So I picked up a stretch plastics long travel front end for my EZGO workhorse 350 and now need to find a tire wheel combo for it. Is a 25" tire to much for this stock motor? I was originally thinking a 23/10.5/12 , I really like the dirt devils but it doesn't look like they come in a 23". Also what offset for this lift? Any advice photos is/are appreciated..

The motor was engineered for 18" tires. Even 23's are going to cut the power significantly. 25s with the stock motor will be sad on any incline at all in my experience

So stick with stock tire size? Is that what your saying because you are being very vague.

What part of this is vague?

I wouldn't go bigger than 22s, even then you will feel the loss of power from stock if you are operating in hilly terrain.

Ok , thanks for your advice. That does make more sense. So do you think adding a clutch could increase that to 23" with ok results?

The 23s are more than 25% taller than the original tires.
They will cause the cart to loose an equal % of torque or power.
Anything that makes the cart run better would help. New plugs, filters, fresh oil, a little octane boost, would all help.
Having the drive clutch machined so it reach a lower gear would help.

Others may have more suggestions for running these tires.
