Re: 1986 Club Car build
pics show body is a little rough to repair with the big ugly patch on the front and the broken plastic where the seat latch is. I searched for a body and found a slightly better one than this for $40 10 min from my house.

Re: 1986 Club Car build
this cart is very well greased! Un believable how everything is coming apart so far. Probably just jinxed my self. Heres a few more pics. 25x9.5-12 interco vampires. 8" lift even though im still not sure who makes it??? New body is painted dark steel metallic. Front lift will be installed after more coffee (also im aware I should be using jackstands but in my defense im a hillbilly and I don't have any atm)

Re: 1986 Club Car build
Lift is actually by trademark carts, a SITE SPONSOR lol. Great customer service as well. One thing I want to mention about this lift is the lower a-arm assembly mounting bolt. Seems that at "full droop" the upper a-arm hits the top of this bolt. Called trademark carts where I spoke to a tech and wanted to make sure everything was in the correct place, which he assured me it was. it wont be an issue with the weight of the cart on the suspension. You can cut the top of the bolt off or, like I did, go ahead and double nut it since the new lower a-arm section mounts with two bolt instead of four like the factory. So far so good. Will keep y'all posted
