Default removing the hubs

In the process of installing an Allsports long travel suspension on my 97 CC DS.

I'm removing the hubs. The one on the passenger side removed easily however I cannot get the drivers side off to save my life.

Any thoughts?
This is all the further it will come off

Ewww... Ouch!

It seems the inside bearing is frozen to the spindle!
IF... you can somehow get the grease seal loose from the hub, you should be able to cut the bearing off of the spindle with a cutter/grinder!
OR... you can continue beating on it until it comes off, BUT... you may have to replace the hub!

Thanks CTD. I did get it apart using a pair of pullers however since I'm coming across a lot of worn out stuff (Cary was in rough shape but ran ok) I went ahead and bought 2 new hubs with seals and bearings, leaf spring bushing kit, and a couple other maintenance things.

I'm wondering about "the pair of pliers" thing!
Should/can I ask what that entailed?

That's too funny. Hahaha

But not pliers. I used a set of Pullers like these

Hopefully I'll get my hubs in this week that way I can pack the bearings and press everything in and have it all rolling by the weekend.
