Default Factory Lifted Yamaha Adventurer 2+2 tire size

Looking to see what the largest tire size I can fit under my Adventurer? It has a 3" lift from the factory. The stock tires that came on it are 20" all terrains.

Will 23's fit under it without rubbing?

I don't think 23's but I don't know the cart. Maybe 22s?

I found this site. It looks like he's putting 22's on all his carts with a 3" lift.

With that in mind. Wonder if I could get a 21" tire on a 14" wheel. All these tire sizes and Combos can get confusing real quick.

If 21" tall tires exist on 14" rims I'm sure you could. That's getting awfully low profile...like low profile street tire.

I have 23's on 12" rim and if I took away 2" of tire height and went up 2" on rim that would mean the sidewall would be reduced by 2"s and that would not leave much left for the sidewall of the tire.

Looked at the link. Yamaha must either have huge wheel wells are be a good bit taller than an ezgo. Those carts look just about as tall as my ezgo with a 6"lift on 23s!

Found a setup that has me very interested. I think this tire/wheel combo looks awesome. My thinking is that it would make the cart handle tighter with he lower profile tires. Thoughts???

It will be a rougher ride that's for sure. Less tire lean in a curve as well. But these are not high performance racecars.

If those are the tires you like get them?

I personally hate the trend with giant rims and offroad tires. I like to actually see the tire

So. Can someone confirm the tire height of these?

http://www.everythingcarts.com/p-535...4ply-tire.aspx

205/40-14. From what I have found they should be 20.5" tall. I have only found that on one site though and a shop told me they would be closer to 22".

If they are between 20-21" tall I'm 99% sure I'm going to put these on the 14" blue tempest octane wheel.

I'm with Clemsoncartguy. I like bigger tires and smaller wheel....... Or bigger wheel and much bigger tire.

I just like the look of a lot of sidewall on a lifted anything. I'm in the process of going with 28-12-12's on my lifted Yamaha. But, I've got 12" of home made lift on mine so have a bit of clearance.

But if they fit and you like them, that's what matters. Buy the ones you like and it will look good when your done.
