pics of the new plow and winch
Here's a few pics of the new snow plow and winch. The plow is removeable while the winch remains in place. Still needs some cleaning up and paint. Might make a rack of some sorts that'll go from that box stock sticking up to the windshield/roof frame. Works great. Needed some weight in the back along with chains.

Re: pics of the new plow and winch
You shouldn't need chains. I put 4 12" x 2" paving stones in the cargo area and I have plowed over 14" of dry snow and 6+" of wet snow.

Re: pics of the new plow and winch
The chains actually work great, condsidering the very hilly terrain...especially when we have a lot of ice like we had recently.
No problems yet with pushing the snow up or down hill. |

Re: pics of the new plow and winch
1. Cool set up
2. still very happy I'll NEVER (crossing fingers) need to use a set up like that. Unless I need a sand plow. Which probably would end in failure. 3. Welcome Stang |
