EZGO Shuttle 2 Custom
Here is a fun cart project we're building for a customer. I REALLY like the Shuttle 2's, they make the best hauling vehicles around. This cart is getting a 250 gallon poly tank on the flatbed (NO, IT WILL NOT BE FILLED / USED) to mimic the customers septic tank trucks. It will be used for parades and advertising! I'll post pics when the tank is installed...

They are 12" polished 8 spoke from Strech with 23" All Trails. My customer is trying to decide between those, or some ITP SS 112's. Welcome to my world - 3 to 4 tire / wheel changes per cart almost every time - LOL

That's a cool cart Mike. looks like it has alot longer wheelbase than a big workhorse, how big is the bed?

It is a Factory Shuttle 2, meaning it is the same frame as the Shuttle 6. I have so many measurements floating in my head that I don't know 100% right now. I'm thinking around 65" bed length? I like them after they get lifted. We built some gas Shuttle 2 carts a few years ago for Coke Special Events Team. I think these rare units are sleepers in the community! However, most of them that we sell are non lifted and go to warehouse companies for parts picking...

Here is a picture of one of our Coca Cola carts at the State Fair of Texas. My wife saw it and snapped a photo - I forgot about it until now...
