Default Post a pic of your DS with All Sports 6" lift

Hi - I'm thinking of getting the All Sports 6" A-Arm lift for my 2006 DS...but I'd like to see some pictures of what it looks like - so hoping some of you here have a DS with this Kit.

If you can post a pic, I'd love to know what wheel/tire/sizes your running? I'm thinking of getting something more suited for the street than all terrain, but am having trouble determining what will fit - unless any 22 or 23 in tall will work?

But most importantly - the pictures please

Go with the super sport A-Arm lift when you decide to pull the trigger. Pics to follow.

Yep that's the lift I'm gonna get. Trying to decide if I want to buy it with the wheels/tire combo they offer or buy those separately (although trying to figure out what wheel / tire size fits well is quite difficult)...hence this request for pictures and details on wheel/tires.

The last pictures are good ones with the front cowl off. You don't have to remove it, but I was painting so it was already off which did make it easier.

6" SS All Spots double A-Arm lift with HD rear leaf springs on 22" tires and 10" rims.

According to All Sports; the 6" SS lift will accommodate tires up to 24" IIRC. When it's time for new tires, I'll probably go with 24s and 12" rims.

I don't have a link but the fender flares are by Redhawk and the seat belt kit is MadJax. Mine were purchased from ebay and amazon respectively.

That's a good looking cart. I love those Stryker tires. Have similar ones on my ATV. AND guys say there copies of a popular ATV tire from the 80s 90s. I can't remember the name of them back then.

Dude I'm going to tell you, I have the 8" AS lift and HATE IT. Rides rough as hell off road and will **** near throw you out of the cart. Front end tracks poorly and yes I adjusted the toe in and it still didn't help. It just rides loose on the rubber bushings. I'm sorry I ever bought it. It looks cool as heck with 23" tires, and fine on a slow cart and smooth ground but as soon as you hop it up to 15-20+mph it's downright dangerous. Save up and buy something else.

Interesting...I've seen only a couple reviews like yours where they did not recommend All Sports Lift...by far more recommending than not.

That said I have already ordered the 6" lift which I what I saw most people recommending. I wonder if there's something different between 6 and 8 somehow.

Regardless mine's a people hauler and getting to and from the neighborhood pool and other events...not going offroad unless its like in my front yard off road. I may upgrade the controller but probably not the motor...I'm not looking for anything over 20mph.

I know when I lifted my CJ-7 to fit 36" mudders the handling was severely degraded.

Guess time will tell if I wasted $400...
