Default Club car ds super sports 6" lift install newbie questons

I don't know much about carts, just got a 97 club car ds, ordered the all sports lift kit. Got the front on and it seems like the top A arms have a lot of play - with the cart jacked up after installing I move tire side to side like when u check for issues on a car.. anyway the whole upper A arm moves side to side where it meets the oem bracket - the bolt doesn't move just the parts in between the bracket. I have changed out a arms before, just never on a cart lift kit.. the sleeves in the a arm are to large to go into the mounting holes on oem bracket and no washers or anything where supplied with the kit. Anone ever installed this kit on a 97 ds and have an idea what I need to do.. or is this normal?

I'm curious if you ever solved this? I have the same kit coming for my 06 DS - worried I may end up with the same issue...so wondering if you found the problem/called AllSports?

I talked to all sports, he told me i would not notice the play. Said I could shorten the spacer to be even with the bushings and that would tighten it up - currently the spacer is a hair longer. The cart drives good so far how it is but it's not very fast so I am not sure if would notice at higher speeds
