cyclic vibration after installing 6 inch lift on ez go txt
Hey guys,
I just installed a 6 inch lift on my ez go txt. (2001.5 model) The lift is a generic spindle up front and over axle rear lift with the three inch bracket that totals up to 6 inch. The springs and shocks are still the original. When under a load it vibrates upon acceleration and seems to have a sweet spot or two where the vibration is minimal. We measured the rear axle center distance and it is within 1/4 inch. Am I missing something? Is it possible I had this problem before the lift but the stock rubber bushings between the rear axle and springs might have muted the vibration? I tried a new belt because the vibration was a pretty high frequency and thought maybe I had a belt that was missing teeth or just got hardened over the years. Same symptoms with new belt Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Barry |
