Default 2001 EZGO TXT Rebuild.

Getting started on a new hunting buggie! Starting with a 2001 EZGO TXT 36 volt series cart. She is retired from a local Golf course after years of service. The plan is a Jakes LT kit, 23-10-12 Sahara`s on 12x7 Black Specter wheels(Ordered from Jakes). Body wrapped in Mossy Oak Lifestyle Black(Ordered from Mossy Oak). New Black seat covers(Ordered from Jasons Golf Carts). 12V reducer kit(Ordered from ScottyB). Headlight kit(Ordered from East Coast Carts). All of that will get done before hunting this year, then after the season, and over the Winter, I will pull it back in the barn and give it a 30" stretch, and get a much needed power increase from ScottyB also! I`ll post pics as I go...already have some of the parts, the rest should arrive by weeks end! Excellent service and delivery from all the Site Sponsors so far! Thanks!!

Made a little more progress..not enough hours in a day! And bow opener is in 2 days. Got the Jakes lift on, new battery box in. working on seats and wrapping body. didn`t have time to get frame painted, so I`ll do that after hunting when stretching it...also will have to take a little more time with wrap, it can be a little tricky.

Got it all together, decided not to stretch it. Definitely need to upgrade the power. Just need to pull the trigger and order the goods to go to 48 volt.

Yup, Jakes, I like it, I wish there was some more advanced rear options..for example, motor mounted to the chassis, with independent rear..

4-link the rear with some good shocks.. this is what I plan to do when I lift mine.

The wrap looks great! Where did you find that? Cost?
