Default Need to lift Yamaha G11 - Tires Rub

I was given a 1996 Yamaha G11 Utility gas golf cart that I want to use for lightweight yard work needs. The rear tires are rubbing the frame. The tires are these: Cheng Shin C874 Bias Rear Tire 21x10-8 (2 Ply) TM06651000

How can I cheaply lift this cart (trying to find the economy block lift kits for this model)?

Or is there another way to stop the rubbing?

Not concerned about looks just want it to work.

Thank you
