I'm far from a expert but when I was researching lift kits it seems there is Jake's and every body else. I'm impressed how beefy my Jake's kit is.

Did you go with a long travel lift? I put a madjax lift on it last year but that lift will beat you to death! Such a rough ride. I'm looking to smooth out the ride

No, I just did a 6" spindle lift. My cart is a camp ground queen so does not see much off road.

A true long travel front end will really smooth out the bumps but, the trouble is the rear leaf springs will still kick you in the arse repeatedly and sometimes rapidly.... making you have to slow down so you need to have both a LT front and rear suspension

Thanks Scottyb. I do have heavy duty leaf springs on the rear now. Is it possible that I could take out a leaf on those to soften those up? I ask that because I haven't seen any rear LT suspensions for electric carts. If I did have to go rear LT route is that something I would have to fab myself?

I don't know how long MadJax has been out, but it's an impressive lift kit.

You learn to smile at the first bump than grit your teeth for the second.

The madjax kit shown looks like a glorified leaf spring suspension... not much improvement ride wise.
