disc brakes for an ezgo

Hi All, I currently have a 99 ezgo with a VC clone and a stretch plastics long travel front end. It has the Ausco mechanical disks in back and does not stop well in the hilly area I use it in. I'd like to put hydraulic disks in front. Anyone know where I could find them? I don't mind having to machine or weld parts to accommodate the installation. Would the Jakes work ?

I have the jakes brake kit on a modified yamaha g16 and they work really nicely. I have built two custom trailers that i pull and had to tow back a buddies broke down atv and with the disc fronts and the stock drum brakes i had no problem stopping a ton of weight! 8+ people and over a 1000 pounds in cart, trailers and atv.

Thanks, after a bit of research, I thought the Jake's might work. Called them up this morning and the sales person thought so too so I ordered a pair.

Is your VC Clone the 460cc big block kit? If so, how do you like it? I'm thinking of doing that upgrade this winter.
