Default Need some speed and a torque boost

Looking for some speed and a torque boost and need some advice please.
I have a 2001 club car DS 6 passenger series cart. The motor and components are stock however i just installed a jakes 6" lift and 23" tires with 14" rims. Currently the cart will do 17mph on flat ground and 14 up an incline with the stock 48 volt set up. I would like sound advice on what i would need to get a steady 25mph out it. This cart is just for cruising the neighborhood.

I spoke with D and D and was told i wojld only get 19 mph out of it without burning up F and R switches a coiple times a year. Could i just put a 400 amp controller on stock motor and get in the 20''s?

Might want to check with Scotty, might need a little bigger controller for that size cart...

Use the Alltrax SR48500, 400 solenoid, 2g cable set, and Admiral A1 motor for a solid 26-27 mph with 23s.

I was looking into the AMD 7119 motor which is the GE D380 replacement. I was told it would not work with a powerdrive plus system and would like to know why? I dont have a Regen motor or IQ. I definetley have a series motor. When i look under the cart i see the OBC and i have a powerdrive 2 charger. Just confused on why this motor will not work is there a difference in powerdrive 1 and 2 and power drive plus?

I have everything i need for the cart. I purchased AMD 7119 motor, 4 gauge cables, 400 amp solenoid, HD F&R switch a brand spanking new set of T875 batteries and an Sr48500 controller Scotty B sent me. Everything is put in place except the solenoid. Does anyone have pictures of a club ds install of SR controller and solenoid?

Will do! I am looking to get the body painted this week so it may be a week or so until i can take it for a spin. I installed a 6" lidt and 23" tires aboutbtwo months ago as well. When i start something i tend to go all the way.....my wallet just comes along for the ride
