Unhappy Installed Jake's LT Kit: Now no Regen

2015 Yamaha Electric. Installed a Jake's 6 LT kit with 23" tires. Noticed toe and camber are off. Toe is 2.5" closer in the front and I'm out of adjustment on the tie rod extension they provide with the lift. Am I missing something obvious? About to do camber and try again. Thanks!

Disregard! My rack and pinion needed adjustments.

Since I got the alignment dialed in to w/in 1/4", and instead of starting another thread, I have other questions pertaining to installing this lift:
I now have no 'regen', as in, when I left off the throttle it doesn't automatically start slowing down like it did before the lift. It doesn't 'auto-brake' going downhill anymore, either.
Also, when I apply the brakes there's a significant pulsing in the brakes. It feels similar to a warped rotor in a car.
Are these 2 situations normal for post lift? Thanks!

I would say the rear end is twisting in the U bolts. That's what makes the pulsing. Do you have 1 u bolt or two on each side?. If the rear end is twisting, it probably pulled the wires lose from the pig tail on the motor

Mine has rear coilovers w/a trac bar & control arms. I can't twist unless one of the 3 of these isn't connected. They're all connected. Thanks.

I called Jake's & they said to asjust the brakes to get rid of the pulsing. I did that & the 'pulsing' of the pedal is still really bad. Need to get this fixed ASAP!
They said the regen situation is because of the bigger tires. It's still regen but it's not as intense because of the larger tires, which is understandable.

Got ya on the coil overs. Some thing is pulling the brake cables tight to make it pulse. find out which cable is tight and why. Where does your cables mount to the backing plate? the top or bottom

The cables mount to the backing plate on the bottom. The DS cable was slightly tighter than the PS (even though not real tight) so I cut the brakeline 'hangers' on the DS. It's now just as loose as the PS. I can lock up the PS tire on concrete but the DS doesn't lock up. It's like one of the brakes is applying-releasing-applying-releasing over and over again. It's so bad the roof sways side to side in harmony w/the 'pulsing'. It's pretty **** bad. Can also feel it in the pedal. I had zero brake issues prior to this.

I went out and:
put in tow mode
released parking brake
jacked up rear end

Spinning tires w/my hands, they don't spin very freely. I tried spinning each one quickly like spinning a prize wheel, real quick. Neither made it more than 1 full rotation. They both spun then caught/grabbed & stopped. PS seemed to grab harder/faster. Could it possibly be the gears in the rear end aren't getting oil properly now due to the lift, because the rear diff is way more tilted now? I doubt it but thought I'd ask. I also found this thread that describes the same pulsing. Sounds like the same problem but not the same culprit for the problem:
