Stretch Lift Kit For Drive?
If I were to use the Stretch lift kit for the Yamaha Drive, what would I use for the rear, since they only make the front for the Yamaha Drive or G-22, which has the same chassis. I've looked no one sells just a rear lift for the Drive. Just curious, I am considering all possibilities, but I seem to like the Allsports?

Re: Stretch Lift Kit For Drive?
Strech doesnt have a long travel for the drive yet as far as i know, I would go with the jakes long travel with there rear set up, not so wide and your turning radius will be a lot better, with the strech you will need 50 feet to turn with that, they work great in a straight line though,

Re: Stretch Lift Kit For Drive?
That is one of the downsides to the Stretch, I was actually leaning more towards the Allsports than the Jakes, because the shocks are nicer and they have a long travel for the drive. Jakes said they will not come out with a long travel for the drive until the end of the year at the earliest. Plus, I like the Allsports better, how the setup is and how the shocks are infinitely adjustable. No I do not have the rear body off the cart, just for the info.

I had no intention whatsoever of upsetting you. I just picked the smiley guy because his eyes were pointing up, which was where your comment was. I appreciate your advice. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Re: Stretch Lift Kit For Drive?
the reason i was asking if you had the rear body of is because i wanted to see how hard it would be to lift the rear. i don't think the rear would be all that bad to lift.

Re: Stretch Lift Kit For Drive?
The rear suspension is made up of just an arch for the top mount of the shock, 2 coil overs, with a sway bar. Here is the best pictures of the rear of a Yamaha drive I could find. All I really need to raise the rear is a goalpost such as the one that comes with the Jakes Drop Spindle Kit for the drive, but they do not sell it seperately. With the Allsports Long Travel, though it is all included.
