Who's Running The Yamaha 6" RHOX BMF A-Arm Lift Kit
Anyone have any experience or opinions with the 6" RHOX BMF A-Arm Lift Kit for a Yamaha? I just ordered it for my G22E. Just hoping i made the right choice.
Any feedback would be great! Thanks! |

I'm considering one for my G22a, but like you I haven't been able to find many reviews. Please keep us posted as you move forward.

Re: Who's Running The Yamaha 6" RHOX BMF A-Arm Lift Kit
Thanks Dave, I did read that thread (I've spent a ton of time searching and reading over the past few days). This is my first cart and I'm really new to all of this, so I'm sorry if my questions seem basic but...
Wouldn't that type of body sway be probable with any lift that doesn't also greatly widen the stance; such as a LT lift? I'm thinking a drop spindle lift could cause the same issue. Ultimately, I'm building this cart primarily for sporting clays shooting, so it will be "off road", but on trails so I don't think I need to invest in the LT lift, but do want larger tires and a taller stance. I also would like to be able to squeeze it between the wheel wells in the bed of my truck when I'm pulling the camper and I think the LT would widen it too much for that. I really like the idea of what should be a better ride from the A-Arm lift vs a drop spindle. Am I on the right track? Would you suggest something different? Thanks |

Re: Who's Running The Yamaha 6" RHOX BMF A-Arm Lift Kit
I've got a Jakes 6" spindle lift on the G22. The lift widens the front stance, and 2" spacers on the rear will even it out, but I haven't done that. The cart is very stable on 22x20-10 Sahara Classics, and rides well. The G22 has a very good front suspension from the git go. A spindle lift will work well under "normal" use and abuse.
You shouldn't have to modify a lift to make it work. |

Have the club car version...love it. Heavy duty rear springs solved sway on Jakes and rhox lifts I’ve owned. It’s a heavy duty lift. I would buy again without hesitating.

Re: Who's Running The Yamaha 6" RHOX BMF A-Arm Lift Kit
I finally installed that lift on my G22a, along with a set of Jakes heavy duty rear shocks. I still haven't had it out for a test drive, but I was happy with the way the kit went together. Everything bolted on as expected and nothing was missing or damaged when it arrived. Now I have to get the rest of my build done so I can give it a run and see how it handles.

Re: Who's Running The Yamaha 6" RHOX BMF A-Arm Lift Kit
Good luck finding those lights. They are OEM Yamaha, part #GCA-JU015-00-00, but have been discontinued. The teardrop style lights for the G29 will not fit properly without major work--different contour on the body. I'm lucky enough to have 2 carts with those lights.
