My 98 TXT takes 1.5 quarts after being lifted but I am not sure of the G22, hopefully some of the other guys will show up and give you so advice on the amount of oil.

I am not 100% sure i am right on this but why would the oil level change from lifting a cart, the crank case size didn't change? did you lift it a different amount in the front than the rear?

When a cart is lifted it will put the rear swing-arm/engine cradle at an angle. After I finish a build I will jack up the rear of the cart until the engine is level. Then I fill with correct amount of oil. After oil level is correct I will lower the jack and then make a new mark on dipstick indicating full at an angle. Some people like to top off the oil while the engine is at an angle but I feel that puts to much oil and pressure on the lower-end. hope this helps

I am wondering because of the lift with the low profile tires and the angle of the motor thanks

I drop the front of my swing arms to help level the engine out and it also helps with ride quality and keeping wheel centered in opening. Not sure how the G22 is set up but I am sure someone here does.

This sticky was for the TXT so I'm not sure about yours just food for thought.

"If you are seeing oil appear in the air box on the 295 and 350cc engines, it is highly likely that your oil is overfilled. If your cart is lifted, then the angle of the engine changes to such a degree that the oil level indicated as "FULL" on the dipstick will be wrong. This often presents itself as oil in the air box because the crankcase breather, at that angle, is slightly below the oil level. The oil is pushed up through the hose into the air box.

You must drain the oil and then refill it with exactly 1.5 quarts. This amount keeps the oil at a proper level for the engine to lubricate itself and keeps it below the case breather. Once you do that, scribe a mark on the dipstick and treat that as the new "FULL" mark. This only applies to a lifted cart."
