Default Anyone running atv tires?

Finally got my 01 cc running good with the help of Scotty B I bought my alltrax 400amp controller off of him and got it all installed and found out my obc was bad also so he had a NOS Latin around and gave me a great deal. Anyways that brings me to now. I’ve found a good deal on some aluminum cart wheels 10” and I’m wanting to lift my Cart and run bigger tires. My question is has anyone ran all front tires for a quad. Say 22x7r10? I just find that they can be had at half the price of a 10 or 11 inch wide tire. Is this a good idea or too dangerous? Thanks for reading and thanks for replies let me know what yah think

23/10/10s on 7" rims. Some here run 7" on the front and 10s or 11s on the back with good results. I understand the urge or necessity to save sometimes, but when you think that the tire is the SINGLE most important, and ONLY component of your cart between you and the road/trail/earth, and the one that will have the most impact on how your cart handles/safety/performs, is this really the place you want to scrimp? Just food for thought.

I put 22x8x10 Swamp Lites on the front and it sure steers and handles nice. Went with 22x11x10s on the back as the load rating is greater. Look at the load ratings for the narrow tires, its not too good, so I personally wouldnt put them on the back.

Never mind, see your running 10” rims, I’m sure you can fine some ATV tires your size.

Nice setups guys thanks for the input. I thought I could get away with the narrower tires on the steer axle. I seen some knock off hole shot style tires cheap for a hole set on flea bay thought about trying this out but I’m back and forth because I don’t want anything too aggressive to kill my top speed or ride quality.
