Very nice work. What material are you using? I am looking to build something similar once I get my cart rolling and was contemplating using .120 wall 6061 aluminum.

I love it My plan is to do basicly the same thing. I was thinking of adding a bimini top to it. Please give more info on how you bent the tubing( i was going to use emt pipe and a conduit bender) and what kind of tubing did you use.

.120 wall 6061, is what I use on my pack trailer and cart. I have not had any issues.

Thanks ScottyB, I used a JD squared model 32 Hydo. Emt benders have larger radius and might look odd. I'm bending at 5.5" radius which is close to 1/2" emt on 1.5" tube. The sunbrella guy will be finishing the top next week. I lowered the rear seat and have all the rear seat frame at the powder coater.

Did you have to anneal the aluminum before bending it?

Very nice!!! Professional job! What is a/your "pack trailer"? [This is a new one to me.] Do you tow it with your cart?
