Default Anyone use a Dana H-12 FNR?

Hey guys, new member with noob question. :)
Is the Dana H-12 FNR a transaxle that anyone uses for a lifted electric conversion?
To use a V-twin engine?
Thanks!!

Last time I checked on something like that on a project it cost around $1200. I can't find a link to the axle. It did have a stub out the side or front to run 4wd, which I thought was neat. For less than the cost of the new axle you could buy a donor gas cart to use the rear diff.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Cost would be a problem.
I just happen to have access, I even have an IRS style, with half shafts and was asking around to get some opinions.
Thanks for the reply!!

To be clear, I already have the transaxle, and the half-shafts, I was really looking to see if anyone had tried to use one. Either an IRS, or a solid axle. :)

The gaser rear diff would be the easiest. The rear independent would be the coolest. My Marathon build where I put an Atv rear end and motor in has me thinking of a rear independent. I have to replace bearings on left rear twice a year because of the spacers, and offset I have. I had a scrap Rhino that I was thinking about grafting the rear under my cart.
