G2 lift and wheel/tire combo questions?
I need some help, guidance on lift kits and wheels/tires for a G2.
I'm trying to get the best deal I can, but not get some junk that will need other parts to make work or a lot of fab work to get it on. I want something that will bolt up and go and wont rub or break from normal use. I want a 5-7" lift, I'm not into the long travel lift kits.....as I want to keep the price down. I was looking at the Allsports 7" lift but read they easily bend. So far I have found nothing on the Jakes lifts, not even prices. And help on what lifts are out there for the G2 and what you recommend would be greatly appreciated. Along with recommendations on rims tires. The cart will be stock power wise and will be used at the local trails. Pretty much used to follow the kids on their little 50cc quads. Thanks |

Re: G2 lift and wheel/tire combo questions?
On my G2 I am running the 7" double a arm lift with 23x10x12 tires. I had to do very little mods and I mean very little mods to the rear fenders do to some minor rubbing. In fact the only time they rub is when I have four people ridding on the cart. I am sure there are some site sponsers that could help you with purchasing what will work for you. Hear is a pic of how my cart turned out. Good luck

I must have missed them the last time as I didn't see that many sponsors on there before. I ended up ordering pretty much the same kit as you even down to the tires, only difference is the rims. I got the cheap black steel rims. Thanks for the pic also. |
