Default Testing the waters

I have been working on a 94 CC DS project for a while now. It has a Jake’s long travel modified with upgraded heim joints for more travel and heim jointed steering tie rods as well. I cut and sectioned the frame to make room for six T1275s. I fabricated a 3 link rear suspension with panhard bar and nitrogen air shocks with 8” travel also all heim jointed. It has rear disk brakes and is rolling on 28” tires with aluminum wheels.

I stopped there with a rolling chassis. I had planned to run 72v alltrax and a custom wound motor. I am shifting my interests and don’t have the time or money to complete it.

My question is: what is it worth as it sits?

That's bad a$$!! If you were closer to me, I'd have to seriously consider taking this project over!

What a monster, but a v twin engine would be so nice in there...lol. Its tough to get what you have into something when you put custom stuff in it, like all those pretty joints and monster tires. But it looks killer you might find someone who realizes what it is and how much it would cost them to make anyway, and would not be a bad deal to pay more for all that. There are just a lot more people looking for normal carts of course, so it may take a while. If you had the stuff you could get it working stock so it at least would drive around, people like things that work, if you have the parts and the stock motor would even pull those tires lol.

Or it may be better to part it out some, maybe sell the wheels/tires separate.

The custom wound 72v motor from EMP I had planned puts out around 100 ft-lbs of torque and it should hit 40 mph with that setup. I think the electric motor would be torquier than the v-twin.

I'm sure it would be impressive, some of us just like gas for other reasons like range. I've been on trails for over half a day so I'd get worried with batteries out in the middle of nowhere.

Have to say 28s and a 3 link is quite a build too bad you can't finish it. Don't see 28s very often.

Thank you mods. I have some final welding to do next week so it is a roller and I will take photos of it on the ground before posting for sale. Thanks.
