Default Carryall 1 build

Built a cart this week for my uncle after work.
It a 89 carryall 1
Mods
Jake's 4" lift kit z- lift
23" atv tires on 12" aluminum rims 1.5 " wheel spacers in the front.
Newer plastic ds cowl painted satin army green with army stars on it.
Light bar with factory rear taillights.
Recovered seats.
Powerland clone engine, club car clutches, vc 460 carb.
Got it all done about 9 last night, went and played in the blizzard then. Couldn't see where I was going and drove it right into the ditch.

How does a cart like this handle on MN roads in our winter months? Would you put chains on the tires?

Not sure about roads. Don’t drive the cart on em. But with a set of chains on the cart I would imagine it would go thru a lot of snow.
