Re: A Arm vs Spindle Lift
Definitely the A-Arm. It give more tire travel, smoother ride IMO and easily adjustable for camber/toe. I use the All Sports super sport 6" A-Arm lift with great results off road.

Re: A Arm vs Spindle Lift
While shopping for A arm lift kits I came across some that said you can’t use them with the stock 8” wheels, is this an issue with all of the a arm lifts?

Re: A Arm vs Spindle Lift
If it is they will state that. Most of the A arm lift kits I have looked at require at least a 10" diameter wheel to clear attachment parts at the spindle. But I have a TXT EZGO so I haven't shopped all of them. Mine is a solid front axle.

Re: A Arm vs Spindle Lift
I think they would state if certain size wheels are required.
The All Sports I have didn't mention anything about wheel size, but I already had 10" wheels and wasn't really paying attention to that detail. |

Re: A Arm vs Spindle Lift
I can tell you this....... a 3” Jakes Spindle lift gives you more clearance than a RHOX 6” as far as what can drag on the front end. If your gonna be in mud it might be a consideration.

Re: A Arm vs Spindle Lift
Clearance will be more of an issue than mud, I might have to go spindle anyway since I'm running factory wheels. Thanks for the input.

Re: A Arm vs Spindle Lift
I went ahead and got a 6" RHOX spindle lift since I'm running my stock 8" wheels. It got delivered and when I open the installation instructions the first thing it said is "This kit will NOT work with your stock wheels and tires". Fortunately I had already ordered a set of 1.5" wheel spacers for the front and after mounting them I think its going to work.
