monster cart
time to start a build thread on a cart i picked up cheap. i know im going to get some (alot) of flak, but i also truly need some help getting this thing going. plan to have it going for july 4th parade.

frame pics and tire size. tire is about 31" tall, but almost bald was told it had 44" but were dryroted so they put on these battery frame looks like it was set up for 8 batterys, so 8-6volt?

wires and controller laid out. trying to figure out what goes where. will have to figure out the pedal wiring to the harness.

hight of seat and pic setting in garage. body looks to be a ds front, with two marathon rears.

400 amps may be a bit small but not sure of the ratio of the rear. That controller should have a 2 mode capability so you can program turtle and rabbit modes. We had one stolen that in turtle would run about 15 but would climb trees. In rabbit it was 25+
