Yamaha EFI vs Club Car EFI

I found a few short threads, but not very much info comparing these two directly. Planning my next build, long travel & 25's, and am torn between the Yamaha and Club Car. The choices;

Used 2016 Yamaha EFI Fleet $3500. Not the most power, but reliable and should be fine after clutch work.

New CC Precedent EFI Fleet $5500. Warranty will likely be void as soon as I start wrenching, so no benefit there. Subaru motor sounds strong and can get decent speed easily. Not worried about power here. Maybe a bad idea since this motor is on its way out?

What do you guys think between the two? What about noise? What about resale value (literally NO used CC EFI locally)? We live in a beach town and will drive there often, does the CC aluminum frame really hold up that much better? I mostly see CC's down there. Thanks for any advice!

Bump! Any thoughts on the two different build candidates? Anyone familiar with both Club Car and Yamaha EFI carts?

Some people say that Yamaha makes the best gas cart, hands down. I agree, but I'm prejudice.
