What type of cart is this. Any info? Says it’s a two speed?

It turned out it’s a hunting cart from China. Model AX-C2-G. Apparently it’s a 4x4 cart.

Looked up the specs. It appears that it's an EzGo knock-off with 4WD. Sounds like it could be a lot of fun.

The front axle doesn't appear to have any driveline capability. From the photo posted anyway.
