Default 3” or 4” Lift Kit and Tire Size for EZGO I want to see your photos.

I know it’s been asked a 100 times but I need to see photos before I purchase. I have a 1998 EZGO 36 Volt cart. I plan to only use the cart for cruising around the campground and around the neighborhood. No off-road. I don’t want to really loose any power or have issues with front suspension breaking. I’m stuck on 20x11-10 or 20x10-10 tires. I even like the look of 22” tires but think they might rob to much power. I want to see photos of 3” and 4” lifts with 20” tires. I just want a settle clean little lift with off-road tires.

Don't worry about the tire SIZE as much as the weight. Weight is what robs power, not the actual size. larger tires will gain more top speed though. I don't think you're going to notice any difference changing a couple pounds either way.

IF you don't plan to go off-road you don't need a thick heavy duty carcass.

A standard golf cart 18x8.5-8 tire is approximately 12-14lbs (not including the wheel) depending on what brand/model/etc.

20-22 inch tires vary between 15-20lbs, again depending on brand and model and size. Visit the tire manufacturer's site and look at the specs.

Wheels are steel also from Steeleng. I ordered the wheel - tire combo from their ebay store.

I put a 5” block lift on the front leaf springs, but that’s it.
I used Monroe shocks for the rest and aftermarket springs in the rear instead of the spacers.

You might want to think about using the older model Marathon front springs. They are longer than your newer model's springs by almost two inches. Helps get the front wheels forward away from the body.
