Default Weird alignment issue

Passenger front tire is “\” and drivers is “l”. I tried to adjust toe but passenger tire doesn’t move. Could this be related to how steering rack is setup?

There is no way to adjust camber unless you have a long travel lift, you either have a bent axle or a Chinese welded up axle. The toe-in is adjusted by the drag link (wheel to wheel tie rod) adjusting in or out by loosening both lock nuts and turning the rod (the passenger side don't move because it's hooked to the rack).. Wheels should be an 1/8 to 1/4" pointing in.

I think axle is bent. Drag link is a little bent too.

Toe-in increases straight line stability while toe-out improves steering response. Typically street vehicles are setup for maximum straight line stability while track vehicles are setup for improved steering response (to a degree).
