The four link rear suspension helps tremendously with bumps night and day difference with the leaf springs. Even with the shocks max out at 150psi it still rides better than the leafs did. Most of my discomfort is coming from the front shocks. Being that I have independent front suspension I have to keep the pressure up pretty high so the cart doesnt roll in the turns. What's tricky is finding a happy medium between stiff and soft that doesn't create alot of sway. The sway could be managed by a custom sway bar and I've seen a few cheap DIY sway bars that seem to have done the job well. Keeping the front coil overs and just using the air shocks on rear would be the ultimate ride quality and bang for your buck.

You may haven mentioned this, but where did you get the supplies? Also, about how much did you spend on anything? Do you happen to have a complete parts list?

Id like to go to rzr 800 a-arms.

I actually bent all 4 outer heim joints braking to hard.

These brakes are probably over kill but I spent less on them than the Jake's kit and the replacement parts are easy to find. Honda civic rotors and mazda miata calipers.

For the sake of research, I found another video with some good info.

This guy did the same thing I did on the front end, that is graft an atv type double a arm suspension setup in.

On the rear, however, he fabricated a nice 4 link setup. His cart is electric so he doesn't have to deal with the engine, belt, and clutches, but it does show some good ideas up close. Real nice work.
