Wheel offset
Morning,
I am nearing completion on the full rebuild my Club car DS 2000+. I plan on installing a 6" lift (band and style to be decided). The last quote I had here (Australia) for a set of 14" wheel and road tyres was $1300!!!! Can someone enlighten me on the pro's and cons on using mag wheels from the automotive industry, ie from a Suzuki Alto / ballino (also PCD 4x100)??? What offset do I need? How do I measure offset? thanks Adam |

Re: Wheel offset
Morning,
On a 7" wide wheel a 3-4 offset will work, you measure from the center of the wheel where the lugs bolt up to the outer edge of the wheel, inside will be 3" outside 4", don't know about auto/car wheels that will work but a 14" wheel with a 23" tall tire (max with 6" lift) will be a rough ride. |
