Newbie question...
I have been told that when you lift a golf cart it messes with the cart and slows it down (timing, differential, torque, etc.). In other words, as soon as you lift the thing and put new bigger wheels on it, it will slow down, noticably, especially on hills. True and if so, what can I do about that?
Thank you! |

Re: Newbie question...
lifting does nothing to them other than makes them taller and possibly less stable.
Bigger tires can hurt performance some but that all depends on what cart/engine you have and what size tires you use. |

Thanks Doc!
RUREDY - EZGO PDS. How big should the tires be so I don't have this problem? I have also heard that switching to 4G battery cables will help as well. Thank you! |

Re: Newbie question...
22" is okay, that's about where I notice the difference. 4 ga cables will help deliver the extra amps need to turn the bigger tires.
