Welcome! I have'nt seen a kit like that, you can get a quick (not cheap) 6" lift with some jakes spindles. (and install disc brakes!) I don't know if they have CC though.
Those springs (left) look like they were heated and bent. Not recommended! That is a custom job, I would guess.

Im in south Fl. and have a shop here and we build some pretty cool stuff like the carts you have pictured. I can make you a set of arched leafs and make a set of solid spacers for your cart.. I am building this cart as we speak and will be doing it this was. i will have around 12" lift. My 02 i just sold had 18" of lift with spacers on the axle side and frame side with arched leafs. Ill try and find some pics of that cart..here is a pic of the 6 person one Im building.

Maxx,
The blue cart on the right is a picture that I took at Talladega a couple of years ago. That cart was built by Arizona Sports Center in (duh) Arizona. They used to sell those leaf springs for max lift. If they dont make them anymore (I doubt they do) you can have them made at any suspension shop that makes leaf springs.

Their site is http://www.arizonasportscenter.com. YOu need to call them, they dont have the lifts like that on the site anymore, so you will need to call them to see if they still offer them.
