Lift kit ? Spindle or Almost long travel See Post
I currently have an 07 villager 6 IQ i have a simple 6" spindle lift with the aluminun spacer it works good but im ruff on my cart and we keep bending the spindle and now stressed out the leaf so it's lower and worn out now.
My question is i dont really want to go to a long travel kit beacuse how wide it gets. Im wondering what the main difference between the two lifts below are for strength and ride smothness! Any comments are welcome Thanks Rick |

I guarantee you you're not bending a Jakes lift.
You probably have an All Sports or BU. The older All Sports spindle lifts were ok, but the newer ones aren't up to par. |

The other kind has too long of king pins and spindles, IMO. Go for the Jakes, you won't be sorry.

Another option is to take it to IAMCOOL and let him put a factory authorized Club Car lift on it. I don't know where you live, but if you're close enough, it would be a consideration.

Go with Jakes, I haven't heard a bad response in all the forums. I BTW have Jakes on both my CCs.
